Description of Services: Piwapan Women’s Centre offers a place of safety and support for women and their children who are unable to remain in their homes due to violence, support communities in the development of crisis intervention programs, provides second stage housing, domestic and sexual violence programs, life-skills, and cross-cultural education.
Piwapan Women’s Centre provides services to:
- Women, children, and young women experiencing violence.
- Northern communities.
- Families with the focus on reducing interpersonal violence.
- Men, women and members of LGBTQ2S community who are survivors of sexual violence.
- Youth.
